ANGELS' CHAT SERVICE RULES
These Chat Service Rules ("Rules") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Chat Service offered by ANGELS. Please read these Rules carefully prior to your use of the Chat Service. If you do not agree to abide by these Rules, please do not register for or use the Chat Service.
By registering for use of the Chat Service or using the Chat Service, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and the terms and conditions of Angels' Terms of Use and Service Agreement (the "Terms of Use ") and Angels' Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). These Rules are governed by the Terms of Use, which includes an agreement to arbitrate all claims and all disclaimers of warranties and limitation of liabilities. All capitalized terms not defined in these Rules will have the meaning set forth in the terms and conditions.

CHAT SERVICE ELIGIBILITY
The Chat Service is not intended to be used by, and is not directed to, anyone under 18. By registering for access to, paying for and/or using the Chat Service, you represent and warrant to Angels that you are of legal age to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, or are at least 18 years of age and have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to register for, purchase and/or use the Chat Service. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CHAT SERVICE MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using or access the Chat Service, your mobile/telephone number will be registered and allowed under Angels members account to use or access the service. Your right to access and use the Chat Service is personal and you may not allow another person to use your Account for the Chat Service. In the event another individual, including a minor, does use your Account (which is a violation of these Rules), you are fully responsible for: (i) the conduct of such user; and (ii) the consequences of any misuse. You further recognize that the holder of the Account is entirely responsible for activities conducted through such Account.

CHAT RULES
You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Account and the information you post, send or transmit via the Chat Service. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in Angels terminating your Account. You agree not to do any of the following actions while using the Chat Service:
1. Stalk, harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another Chat Service user, or other person or entity.
2. Post, send or transmit via the Chat Service any information, data, text, files, links, software, photos or other materials that Angels' considers to be spam, inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously, sexually or otherwise objectionable.
3. Cause any disruptive effect to the Chat Service.
4. Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity, including, without limitation, another Chat Service user or Angels representative.
5. Act in a manner that negatively affects other Chat Service users.
6. Post, send or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation on the Chat Service.
7. Post, send or transmit information which violates another person's or entity's rights, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets and rights of privacy and publicity.
8. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the Chat Service or in connection with your use of the Chat Service.
9. Allow or authorize another person to use your Account for the Chat Service.

INFORMATION SENT AND RECEIVED VIA THE CHAT SERVICE
You and any other user (which is a violation of these Rules) of your Account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service. Angels shall not be responsible for any information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service. As a matter of policy, Angels does not prescreen or monitor all information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service; however, Angels reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and/or remove information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service which is deemed, in Angels' sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Rules, the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, any applicable laws or is not in keeping with Angels' professional image or standards. Angels may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Chat Service for compliance with these Rules, the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service are those of their respective authors and not of Angels, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such information. Any statements made available through the Chat Service, including without limitation, relationship advice, is provided for entertainment purposes only, and should not be construed as counseling of any kind. Users who may be seeking personal advice applicable to their individual situation or personal problems should seek consultation with a qualified professional with respect to such issues. Under no circumstances will Angels be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information posted, sent, transmitted or received via the Chat Service.

WARNING
It is possible other users of the Chat Service (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post, send or transmit offensive or obscene materials via the Chat Service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive or obscene materials. It is also possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Chat Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. Because of these concerns, please carefully select the type of information that you post, send or transmit via the Chat Service or release to others. Angels is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Chat Service. You remain solely responsible for the information you post, send or transmit via the Chat Service, including, without limitation, your personally identifiable information. Communications sent between you and other users that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by Angels to the extent required by applicable law. However, Angels reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review such private information if cause has been established for review and action based on reports or suspicions of violation of any law, regulation, court order or these Rules, the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy.
ANGELS DOES NOT PRESCREEN OR PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ANY USER OF THE CHAT SERVICE, AND, THEREFORE, IT DISCLAIMS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION, DATA OR OTHER MATERIALS POSTED, SENT, TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED VIA THE CHAT SERVICE OR BY OR FROM SUCH INDIVIDUALS, FOR ANY RESPONSES YOU MAY RECEIVE TO INFORMATION YOU POSTED, SENT OR TRANSMITTED VIA THE CHAT SERVICE, FOR ANY MEETINGS BETWEEN YOU AND ANY SUCH INDIVIDUALS, WHETHER IN PERSON, BY TELEPHONE OR BY OTHER MEANS, OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT AS A RESULT OF SUCH POSTING, SENDING, TRANSMITTING AND/OR RECEIVING INFORMATION VIA THE CHAT SERVICE OR FROM SUCH INDIVIDUALS.

REPORTING A VIOLATION OR BARRING
If you receive a message via the Chat Service which violates these Rules, the terms and conditions and/or the Privacy Policy Or if you wish to bar your mobile/telephone number from having access to these Chat Service please send the relevant information to Angels via this form. While Angels is committed to enforcing these Rules, the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as well as protecting Angels users who abide by these Rules, the terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, Angels cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your report.

TERMINATION
You or Angels may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. Once Angels has terminated your Account, you cannot access the Chat Service in any manner or for any reason without the express written consent of Angels, and you cannot assist in enabling a terminated user access to the Chat Service using or via your Account.

OTHER TERMS
To review other applicable terms and conditions that apply to these Rules and your access to and use of the Chat Service, including, without limitation, privacy policies, intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and resolving disputes, please review the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE RULES
Angels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, amend and/or change these Rules without prior notice and at any time. Updates to these Rules will be posted here. You are encouraged to revisit these Rules from time to time in order to review any changes that have been made. Your continued access to and use of Angels.com.sg and any Services following the posting of any such changes shall automatically be deemed your acceptance of all changes. Angels' last update to these Rules was made and posted on March 12, 2007.
